Salary package and benefits

Our national positions follow the wages, terms and working conditions of the country in question, always respecting the minimum standards set by DRC. These include extended parental leave, global standards for sick leave, insurance coverage, psychosocial support and a DRC-defined upper limit on working hours. International contracts are mandated by Danish labor law and include a separate set of benefits. You can read more about international contracts (expatriates) below.
